The Heart Room Yoga

THE HEART ROOM YOGA brings together young families with children by networking and meeting other families while participating in our relaxed classes. We are passionate about bringing life into yoga and for people who enjoy a more dynamic approach to exercise, like the continuous flow of movement, balanced by a class that offers more exploration on each pose as we hold and breathe into the asana (stretch).

Hi my name is Carey and I teach these classes, I trained with the British school of yoga and have a diploma in Hatha yoga and Baby massage. I  trained with rainbow kids yoga and have a certificate in family yoga. I have 6 years experience in teaching pregnancy, postnatal, children's and Hatha yoga
I am also a trained earlychildhood teacher with full registration and have 18 years experience in this field and trained in Ballet and modern dance, was in a dance company for 2 years and taught modern dance to children.

I continue to learn from yoga and always open to more knowledge and experience, as it is an enriching and integral part of my life..

I am so happy to combine my passions and experience to develop these classes for you. The heart room is a space to fill ones heart for the love of movement,youself and family.
